Finally

my package is ready to mail to my dye buddy. I surely hope it gets there ok as there is no way to track packages sent to Denmark. I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed.

Remember when I said I got the customs slips in advance? Well....wonder where I put them?

And I did chicken out about sending just the bright yarn, but did print out the lantana and Indian Blanket pics so she could see what inspired it.

I'll be glad when it's actually in the hands of the postal service. And even gladder when I hear it's arrived safely.

Oh...a question. I know that often when I comment on someone's blog and they respond back, I get an eMail. How do you do that? I just post back here and hope they come back and see it.

OK...the dining room table is piled with tissue paper and ribbon ends and some clean laundry so I guess I'd better str8n that up and get to bed. No knitting tonight :-(

It's a very complicated process. I hit reply to the e-mail that comes with your post.. :o) I then also copy and paste my response to you into a blog comment.

Until I get behind because of real world stuff...GRRRRR

Great little package. Someone is going to be all excited when that arrives.
Thanks about how you post back in the comments. I rarely ever go back into posts I've read and responded to. I just thought I must have said something stupid not worth replying to. lol

oh Ann, you're just so smart! Duh...why didn't I think of that? I have some copy/pasting to do!

hahah me too, Dave. But I get so excited when someone comments and I couldn't figure out how to make sure they read my response. Obviously there isn't a tech bone in my body!

but it only works if the poster in the comments isn't "anonymous" Happy long weekend!

What a great package! Your yarn looks fabulous!

I'm not sure how to set up email responses in Blogger. With Typepad it's in the settings somewhere...

Your Denmark friend is gonna be lovin' that!! Now tell me, is she your secret pal, and if so, doesn't she come and read here, then knows it's you? I'm not following this too well, but I love reading stuff you write!! LOL

No, she has no idea who I am. All of my correspondence to her has been through that gmail addy that you got for me. MY secret pal was from WA state. And she was much quicker at getting her parcels out than I was! Mine started it's trip to Denmark yesterday afternoon...and I really hope it gets there. To ship it with insurance was way over $20 and I didn't have that much cash on me. All I have to show for it is the receipt for the postage. ::::crossing fingers::::LOL

Hey Jessica! I love your teal tangles! I guess I'll stick with Ann's suggestion about responding since I can't find a button that will do that on blogger.

My boy Hershey is sulking tonight. Somewhere down in my blog is a picture of him sittin' on my scanner gazing longingly at Lulu Kitty. He says I have to teach him to type so he can stalk blog kitties. LOL
